Interior walls are all 16 inches on center, which maintains strength and straightness. Pre-construction meetings reviewing documentation and options, ensure we get off to a good start. Open access for the homeowner on the job and regular “on site” meetings, allow us to keep the lines of communication open, and address any questions as they come up. A pre-insulation meeting provides the homeowner verification that everything is exactly as it should be prior to drywall. Finally, a homeowner orientation is provided upon completion, to provide information on all the homes features, as well as a hands on opportunity for the homeowner to become familiar with the home.
